After getting in touch, we will send you an online form to gain more information about your project. Taking into consideration your current content, key objectives and market research, we then develop a bespoke proposal which presents our suggested approach. Once the terms have been agreed we book in a consultation to workshop the initial stages (prioritising content, sketching early designs and streamlining).
By this point we have a deeper understanding of your brand, with clear instructions on the deliverables and an agreed timeline in place. Whatever the output, the Design and Development review process is the same: we will provide regular updates, giving you ample time to suggest amends and ensure the project is going in your chosen direction.
We always prefer to deliver a completed project with a face-to-face meeting. If not possible, we set up an online conference to walk you through each finished product one step at a time. The moment of delivery is a great opportunity to review the journey and ensure you have everything needed to move onwards beyond our involvement. We ensure that you are not left unsupported, so will provide all relevant file formats for execution and training where necessary.
We encourage open communication after any project has been completed. We are always on hand to discuss potential improvements, streamlining or updates. One of our key driving forces is to encourage growth. If there is anything we come across or develop that we feel can help our clients, we will be sure to share it.
